Our system tracks vehicle location, creates cost-saving group pick-ups, and ensures that all our clients are handled on time with maximum efficiency. Each van is equipped with a tablet that provides manifest data and GPS.
Our Operations Staff are extensively trained and fully educated to provide individualized and skilled assistance to get clients to their destinations safely, economically and on time.
Our operators are seasoned professionals who are experienced in their passengers' behavioral, cognitive and physical challenges. Passengers with wheelchairs are secured with a four-point system. Operators are in constant contact with our dispatchers to communicate any last minute change or situation. Many of our operators have worked with Van Go Inc. for over twenty years. When you have to go, Van Go is ready. Some medical conditions like dialysis do not defer to weather patterns. For these individuals, services such as Van Go's are essential. In inclement weather, many of the appointments are kidney dialysis patients who may require treatment as many as four times per week. For employees who have to get to work, we are ready. Van Go operators' proficiently manage all types of weather, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Propane autogas saves up to 10% in hourly and trip costs. We began using propane autogas in 2012 and have seen a 40% reduction in towing and repair costs. The fleet currently consists of more than 70 vehicles including 37 ambulatory vehicles and 35 wheelchair accessible vehicles with over 50 of the vehicles operating on propane autogas. In 2015, Van Go used over 140,000 gallons of propane to run our fleet. The Propane Education and Research Council recognized Van Go Inc. as one of the Top Six Users of Propane Autogas in 2016.
